STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE
👉 Our hair salon mainly focuses on hair cutting services, need to communicate with our administrator and an agreement has been reached for other services.
👉 Our hair salon can only receive 4 customers at the same time.
👉 Priority is given to customers who have made appointments.
👉 Before entering our hair salon, customers must show the COVID-19 Vaccination Digital Card / Certificate to prove the completion of vaccination, please refer to the following vaccination details:
💉 The types that require 2 doses of vaccines are: Pfizer, AstraZeneca, and Sinovac, only customers who have completed the 2nd dose (after 14 days) are accepted.
💉 The types that only need 1 dose of vaccine are Johnson & Johnson and Cansino, only customers who have completed the injection (after 28 days) are accepted.
💉 The types that only need 1 dose of vaccine are Johnson & Johnson and Cansino, only customers who have completed the injection (after 28 days) are accepted.
👉 Only customers whose MySejahtera shows "Low Risk" status (including "Casual Contact Low Risk" ) are allowed to enter our hair salon.
👉 Customers must wear mask.
👉 Customers need to measure their body temperature and it is prohibited to enter our hair salon if it exceeds 37.5 degrees Celsius.
👉 Customers must scan the MySejahtera QR code to check in or write a clear name and contact number.
👉 Children under 17 years old must be accompanied by parents.

👉 本发廊以剪发服务为主，其它服务需与本发廊的管理员沟通及达成协议。
👉 本发廊仅能同时接待4位客户。
👉 优先接待预约的客户。
👉 进入本发廊前，客户须显示新型冠状病毒肺炎疫苗接种数码卡 / 证书以证明完成疫苗接种，请参考以下疫苗接种详情：
💉 需要2剂疫苗的种类为：辉瑞、阿斯利康及科兴，仅接待完成第2剂注射 (14天后) 的客户。
💉 只需要1剂疫苗的种类为：强生及康希诺，仅接待完成注射 (28天后) 的客户。
👉 仅允许 MySejahtera 显示 “低风险” 状态 (包括 “偶然接触低风险” ) 的客户进入本发廊。
👉 客户须戴上口罩。
👉 客户须测量体温，超过37.5摄氏度以上禁止入店。
👉 客户须扫描 MySejahtera 二维码登记或手写清晰的名字及联络号码。
👉 17岁以下的孩童须有家长的陪同。
